“It’s a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel. The entire staff is friendly, happy and helpful. The concierges, Mark and Steve, are exceptional. They were helpful before our arrival and enjoyable and informative during our stay… very nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Umbrellas were available during those rainy moments…greatly appreciated. We will be back!!!”

“We had a great experience here. Rooms were spacious and clean, pool and outdoor hotub were great and the shuttle they offer to and from the mountain was awesome. We also liked having a full kitchen / living room to hang out versus the hotel route. ”

We made a mistake on check-in paperwork - no problem, they corrected it for us in minutes after we noticed. Our car battery died, and they jumped us twice and helped us get to a reliable local mechanic. The rooms are huge, spacious and well laid out. “Our room was large, modern, and quiet. Staff was great and very accommodating. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We appreciated the complimentary snacks and fruit throughout the day. The courtesy car was a bonus that we used when going into Avon. Will definitely stay there again if we are in Beaver Creek. ”

“They provide free laundry and free detergent so that was nice. Pool water was warm. There was free shuttle service to Vail village every half hour.”
