“There's pretty much no way one of the elevators passed inspection. We took the stairs to the 4th floor after it felt like it was going to give way, which was less than ideal. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan, so the ceiling looked like mold was forming. The beds were fine, though not particularly soft or comfortable. Overall I was not impressed.”

“It was ridiculous to pay $20 /day for parking outside in a lot. You are not a walkable distance to town.”

“Every single staff member that we encountered was so friendly and extremely helpful. The Lodge is located central to everything in the village and has wonderful rooms with a cozy feel and amazing amenities. I couldn't ask for more in a hotel stay!!”

“Summer family trip in June the week after father’s day. Family with 2 children (5yrs old) and my parents. We could not have picked a better hotel. Loved that they had everything….from the food, to the stores for souvenirs and up the mountain games for the kids. They did the rock climbing, zip lining, trampoline and the ride WOW! Best trip ever. The rooms were very clean and everything was top notch.”

“We stayed over a holiday weekend so everywhere was busy, but there were a TON of kids running free throughout the hotel at any given moment. The location is amazing and the room was fantastic. The crying kids heard even with our door and window closed, slamming doors, lack of courtesy from other guests (specifically in the pool area) and pets in the breakfast food space were disappointing.”

“Simba Run is well maintained and has everything you need for a great vacation! Pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, work out facility, tennis and pickle ball, 2BR 2BA condos, full kitchen, and laundry. Conveniently located on the bus route -you can take the Free town of Vail bus into Vail Village or it’s a short walk into Lionshead along the Gore Creek trail. Highly recommend Simba Run!”

“The amenities were amazing… just got done w the heavy half marathon in Leadville and this was an added bonus. Hit the compression sleeves, sauna and hot tub to recover. Side note, had dinner at the hotel, and food was over cooked and over priced for the amount of food received. But the hotel was amazing💥”
